Step 1: Your first step to getting the assistance you need is to fill out our contact form! Then we will set up a time that works for you to have your FREE phone consultation. This time is set aside for you to share your pain points and the assistance you are requesting along with your time perimeters. We will determine together if we are a good fit and then schedule the next step...your Project Assessment.
Step 2: THE PROJECT ASSESSMENT:
Typically, 1-2 hours are needed. $150

Every successful project begins with a personalized Project Assessment. Whether conducted in person or virtually, this collaborative consultation allows us to understand your goals, lifestyle, routines, and areas where additional support would make the greatest impact.

During your assessment, we will:

Discuss what's working well and where you're feeling overwhelmed.

Identify your immediate needs, long-term goals, and priorities.

Explore opportunities for organizing, household management, concierge services, executive assistance, move management, or senior support.

Provide professional recommendations and creative solutions tailored to your unique situation.

Determine the services, staffing, and timeline that best suit your needs.

Capture photos and notes (with your permission) so our team can prepare for your project.

Following your assessment, you'll receive a personalized proposal outlining our recommendations, project priorities, estimated investment, and next steps.
